Opscade is an AI-powered workflow automation platform. We provide AI agents that execute tasks on your behalf, including but not limited to: content creation, data processing, research, marketing automation, and software development workflows.

Content you create using Opscade belongs to you. You retain all rights to your input data and generated outputs.
Opscade retains ownership of the platform, its design, code, underlying technology, and all associated intellectual property. The "Opscade" name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Digital Dreamscapes LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
Outputs generated by AI agents are provided "as-is." While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before use, especially in regulated or high-stakes contexts. AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice.
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DIGITAL DREAMSCAPES LLC, ITS OWNER, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digital Dreamscapes LLC, its owner, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or any content you create or distribute using the Service.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the platform settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@digitaldreamscapes.app. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as described in Section 12.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital Dreamscapes LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
