Opscade is a product of Digital Dreamscapes LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Opscade platform and website at opscade.com, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

When you sign up for Opscade, we collect:

  • Account credentials (passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text)

We collect data about how you interact with the platform, including features used, tasks created, agent activity, and performance metrics.

1.3 Payment Information

Billing details are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

1.4 Analytics Data (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics (Measurement ID: G-ZJJB80KM3G) to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics collects:

  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation paths
  • Approximate geographic location (city/region level, derived from IP address)
  • Device type, browser, operating system, and screen resolution
  • Referral source (how you arrived at our site)

Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data. Your IP address is anonymized by Google before being stored. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

1.5 Google Fonts

We use your information to:

  • Process transactions and send billing-related communications

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with:

  • Service providers: Payment processing (Stripe), infrastructure hosting, and essential operational tools.
  • AI model providers: Task content is sent to AI providers to execute your workflows. We do not share your personal account information with AI providers.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics receives anonymized usage data as described in Section 1.4.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each customer's data is isolated in separate environments. We conduct regular security reviews of our infrastructure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and platform data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's default retention settings (14 months).

Opscade is not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
